Pay Range: $23 to $25/hr
Candidates must be okay working Monday, Tuesday and every Sunday

Position Title: Missing Abducted Runaway Child Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85012
Job Description:
Position Summary
This position works collaboratively with internal field staff, investigative units, victim services advocates, placement administration, and law enforcement to ensure comprehensive efforts are made to locate missing, abducted, and runaway (MAR) children. The role focuses on coordinating recovery efforts and ensuring appropriate supports and referrals are provided upon the child's return.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with field staff, investigative teams, law enforcement, and community partners to locate missing, abducted, and runaway children.
- Engage with parents, caregivers, and families to support recovery efforts and provide updates.
- Coordinate services and ongoing support for children identified as victims of crime and/or suspected victims of sex trafficking.
- Document all case activity accurately in designated case management systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer systems to track case progress and communications.
- Work independently once training is completed, ensuring timely follow-up and case management.
- Communicate professionally with families who may be distressed or upset, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
- Maintain availability to work required weekends and designated holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in investigations, child welfare, or law enforcement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems.
- Experience documenting in case management systems (e.g., Guardian or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently after training.
- Must already possess a valid FPCC.
- Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, and every Sunday.
- Must be available to work Memorial Day (required holiday).
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of the child welfare system.
- Background in investigative roles.
