BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated ATM Assistant Lab Manager for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC - Onsite Position

Position Title: ATM Assistant Lab Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite Position

Anticipated Start Date: June

Expected Duration: 06+ months contract (with possible extension)

Job Type: Contract/FTE/Direct Hire, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite Position

Pay Range: $44/Hr - $47.44/Hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

* Prepare Physical ATM Hardware for Testing:

* Ensure all devices are operational and in good working condition prior to test

* Configure physical devices to support different test scenarios

* Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (faults/jams)

* Diagnose networking and connectivity issues

* Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians

Install and Configure Software:

* Install software to physical ATMs using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (SCCM)

* Install software to virtual machines

* Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines

* Review software installations for success/failure and remediate failures

* Install software to physical ATMs using remote distribution tools (SCCM)

Basic Qualifications

* ATM hardware technician experience

* Software distribution experience (SCCM)

* Networking skills

* Experience working with large numbers of virtual machines (vCenter / vSphere / ESX)
