Program Manager IVBCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Program Manager IV for an ONSITE opportunity. About the RoleWe are seeking a Program Manager IV to lead Optical Channel Sales Planning initiatives in support of the growth of the Wearables product category. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing go-to-channel strategies and driving high-impact sales programs in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Channel Planning: Drive the development and execution of channel sales strategies to support growth in the Optical Channel.
- Project Management: Build and manage detailed project plans with clearly outlined tasks, dependencies, and timelines. Automate processes where possible.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate strategic alignment across cross-functional teams and lead execution readiness efforts globally.
- Executive Communication: Lead cadence of communication, change management, and exec-level updates to ensure visibility and alignment on Optical Channel programs.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and manage risks, updating stakeholders as needed.
- Best Practices & Process Development: Define and scale operational best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across global teams.
- Quality Oversight: Ensure deliverables meet expectations of the Sales team, troubleshooting as needed to maintain excellence.
- 8+ years of experience leading go-to-channel and sales strategy initiatives in large matrixed organizations
- Proven success in strategic program management, especially in category/channel sales environments
- Experience as a Chief of Staff or in similar cross-functional, high-visibility roles
- Background in consumer electronics or technology-driven sales and marketing organizations
- Experience creating and scaling new processes in growing organizations
- Strong ability to gather inputs and make progress quickly with limited guidance
- MBA preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field
