Position Title: Technology Support

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP

Pay Range: [$130/hr]- [$140/hr]

Job Description:

Responsible for technology, business process, and operational design for Talent succession within Oracle HCM Cloud

• Partner with client to complete a design review of current Talent setup and roll out plan for Talent succession within Oracle HCM cloud.
• 10+ years Oracle HCM Cloud expertise
• Provides options and recommendations based on leading practice
• Facilitates clear communication, alignment, and integration within and across teams
• Participates in key meetings, drive issues/ risks/ decisions to closure
• Provides status details to Project manager
