Job Description:Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are clearly prioritized to meet business goals
- Create detailed user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, clarifying requirements and removing blockers in real time
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions
- Review completed work against acceptance criteria and determine when work is done
- Communicate release status and manage stakeholder expectations when priorities shift
- Support mid- to long-term roadmap planning based on team velocity and technical feasibility
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to the feature development process
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership
- Strong ability to break down big ideas into independent, actionable user stories
- Experience leading grooming, planning, and review sessions
- Hands-on experience with objective prioritization models such as RICE
- Technical aptitude with system architecture, APIs, GNSS, and complex product constraints
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira or Aha! to maintain a clear source of truth
- Experience working in joint ventures or multi-company environments with competing priorities
- Familiarity with Agriculture or Construction workflows and market cycles
