Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst Contractor to join our dynamic team supporting out client project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET, Microsoft Azure, capital markets, and trade surveillance and a proven ability to analyze complex trading data, document requirements, and drive successful delivery of surveillance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives and decision-making.
• Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including requirements specifications, process maps, and user stories.
• Assist with project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support implementation of Trading Hub Trade Surveillance solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data mapping and analysis for orders and executions across commodities, equities, FX, and fixed income.
• Enable integration of trading and orders data into surveillance and supervision models and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency with .NET and Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience implementing Trading Hub Trade Surveillance solutions.
• Strong data mapping and analysis skills for orders and executions across multiple asset classes.
• Capital markets background with integration and implementation of trading and orders data into surveillance and supervision systems.
• Clear communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
• Experience level: 6-9 years in relevant roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Agile delivery and user story development.
• Experience preparing executive-ready presentations and reports.
