Position Title: Quality Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Anticipated Start Date: 03/24/2025
Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 9+ Months (Possibly for extension)
Job Type: Monday to Friday - 3 days required in-office, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Pay Range: $29/hr. to $31.98/hr.
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Requirements:

Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy, and productivity standards.
Documents quality issues, performance measures, and quality improvements for management review.
Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees.
Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures.Preferred Skills/Experience - Basic knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area - Basic knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.The Implementations team is responsible for leading the delivery of the prepaid card program configuration and settings to launch new/existing clients and cardholders on the processing platform. The team is responsible for the project management and implementation of all aspects of a card program. The department consists of 17 individuals across two teams. This individual will collaborate closely with two specific team members for training. This work is largely independent, but we are a highly team-oriented group that relies on each other for support and collaboration. Our atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, making it easy to connect and work together toward common goals.
Employees will interact with internal team members and other internal business lines. Interaction includes face-to-face, phone, email, teams, etc.Role Description: The person in this role will be responsible for assisting with quality reviews, as well as updating and creating existing team procedures and desk aids, and assisting with audits. The quality reviews performed in this role ensure that system settings, direction from source documentation, and cardholder disclosure material (fee schedules, cardholder agreements, etc.) are all in alignment. There is a focus on elements that are highly impactful, highly visible and have legal, financial, or reputational consequences for our company.Daily Duties:
* Reviewing fees and other system configurations
* Reviewing documentation
* surfacing issues to ensure they are resolved -- often by interacting with team members for any needed clarifications or corrections.
* Using existing tracking tools (Sales Force) and reporting processes.
* Working with implementation team members to update and create procedures/desk aidsTop Skills:
* Prior banking knowledge, particularly dealing with credit or debit card products.
* Prior audit or quality review experience
* Prior proofreading or editing experience.
* Excel knowledge
* Prior experience with Sales Force
* Methodical, meticulous, attention to detail.
* Organizational skills
* Helpful if communication is clear yet diplomatic and respectful.
* Role does have a constant routine and is repetitive in nature.
* Analytical skills helpful in identifying potential issues in system settings and documentation.Education Requirements: (Degree Preference?): Bachelor's degreeBenefits:
