SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the Business-Led Career Expectations, Career Growth Narrative, and Structured Interviewing Programs. This role requires strong consultative skills to understand business needs, assess processes, and advise on content adjustments and program adaptations based on feedback. The successful candidate will be adaptable and agile in problem-solving, capable of flexing to meet evolving business needs while maintaining structured project execution. In addition to program management, this role will provide some administrative support across the Careers Team to ensure seamless operations. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management & Execution
- Candidate Online Assessments Program:
- Partner with program manager and SMEs to develop operational excellence resources (playbooks, intake processes, templates, change management plans).
- Attend cross-functional (XFN) meetings, capture and summarize notes, and key information.
- Structured Interviewing Support:
- Consult on business-driven processes and support the SWE Coding Interview Modernization project.
- Coordinate job analysis review focus groups and content development workshops (synchronous and asynchronous).
- Support legal and compliance review of coding interview updates.
- Partner on change management strategy, development, and execution.
- Business-Driven Career Expectations:
- Lead the process, partnering with teams to develop customized career expectations in alignment with the client-wide framework.
- Consult with teams to adjust and refine content based on specific needs while ensuring consistency with broader company standards.
- Identify opportunities for program improvements to enhance clarity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share information.
- Career Growth Narrative Research:
- Support research projects, including drafting content, organizing focus groups, documenting research insights, and creating readout reports.
- Provide administrative support for workstreams across Career Programs (meeting scheduling, preparation, note-taking, data entry).
- Draft program-related communications (emails, posts, slides).

Build relationships, facilitate discussions, and guide teams in decision-making. -

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment. -

Maintain accuracy while handling multiple projects simultaneously. -

Strong written and verbal communication skills. -

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. -
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education required.
- At least 7 years of experience in a program management role, preferably within HR.
- Experience with interviews and HR programs.
- Experience working in large companies.
- Attending meetings and taking notes.
- Creating readouts, slides, and documentation.
- Meeting with teams to understand their needs for career expectations.
- Coordinating with legal to facilitate privacy review.
- Providing thought partnership and guidance.
- Handling some administrative tasks.
