BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Production / Technical Support I for an opportunity in Chandler, AZ

Position Title: Production / Technical Support I

Location: Chandler, AZ

Anticipated Start Date: 2024-06-03

Expected Duration: 12 Months.

Pay Rate:$20.04/hr

Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, HYBRID (3 days in office 2 days from home.)

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Summary

• Internal Employee Technology Support role for a global user-base. Role involves basic troubleshooting of Microsoft applications and proprietary system via phone.
• Desired experience in Microsoft Office application suite -- how to, in addition to troubleshooting. Candidate should have excellent customer service skills.
• In-house training will be conducted.
• Technologies may include, but not limited to: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.

  Required Skills
