Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for maintaining trackers, entering data, and supporting reporting activities
Ability to review and validate invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness before processing
Experience Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, administrative support, or related roles
Experience working in environments that require high attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Exposure to handling multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities in a structured workflow
Key Competencies:
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Strong collaboration skills to work with sales teams and internal stakeholders
Proactive approach to identifying issues and escalating when necessary

Job Description
We are seeking a Business Account Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce case management, professional email communication, and basic Excel and a proven ability to manage account requests, ensure invoice accuracy, and maintain timely documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Salesforce cases, send emails, and document actions taken.
- Prepare and send professional communications through Outlook to accounts and sales representatives.
- Build and update basic Excel spreadsheets to track activities and data.
- Check and send invoices, validate accuracy, and update system details.
- Respond to account and sales requests in a timely manner and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM for case creation and documentation.
- Outlook proficiency and ability to compose clear, professional emails.
- Basic Excel skills including data entry and simple functions.
- Detail orientation, accurate typing, and effective time management.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service experience.
- Finance or invoicing background.
Schedule & Interview Process:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- One 30-minute video interview via Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager and next-level manager.
