Location: Redmond, WA.

Expected Duration: 12 Months Job Type: [>%3D40 weeks] [Contract] [Onsite]. Pay Range: $60 - $70/hr. on W2.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Title: Project Coordinator IIIDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Redmond, WA Summary:
- Reality Labs Research needs an experienced project coordinator to focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep the project teams running and to assist with improving team systems, tools and procedures.
Job Description:
- Vendor management/support (with PM guidance - set up new non-disclosure agreements, Statements of Works, and vendor on-boarding).
- Track key metrics and suggest improvements on project management methods
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics team (create tasks for purchase orders, track shipments from suppliers, help ship packages to external partners within and outside US); follow up from procurement to payment
- Set up team and external meetings
- Track team assets, consumable inventory and archived items
- Take notes/document team meetings with action items to meeting attendees; follow up on action items
- Collaborate with PMs to communicate project needs
- Organize documentation and team libraries on Google Drive and SharePoint
- Assist with planning, setting up, organizing, and maintaining lab, demo and storage spaces
- Procurement/Shipping
