Job Description

We are seeking a QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality validation for software solutions and a proven ability to translate technical outcomes into clear business insights and decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead quality planning across solution lifecycles.
• Design test and validation scope, test strategies, and acceptance criteria.
• Interpret validation results and communicate impact, risk, and readiness to business stakeholders.
• Coordinate execution of test plans across cross-functional teams.
• Establish defect management practices and drive root-cause analysis.
• Report quality metrics and recommend release go/no-go decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Background in engineering or related discipline.
• 6-10 years of experience in software quality validation or QA leadership.
• Proficiency with test planning, test case design, and validation methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business terms and actions.
• Experience with defect tracking and QA tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior work in Agile or Scrum environments.
