The Project Coordinator II will act as the day-to-day lead for multiple projects, ensuring smooth workflow and operations to support strategic initiatives. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, influencing key decisions across teams and functions. ResponsibilitiesDrive Speed and Simplicity:
The Project Coordinator II will act as the day-to-day lead for multiple projects, ensuring smooth workflow and operations to support strategic initiatives. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, influencing key decisions across teams and functions. ResponsibilitiesDrive Speed and Simplicity:
- Attend and document weekly business reviews for each project; occasionally lead these calls.
- Create and refine guidelines in collaboration with Product partners.
- Identify quality misalignments and perform root cause analyses to address data deficiencies.
- Cascade quality issues upstream and downstream to ensure calibration among project teams.
- Align priorities, roles, and decision-making criteria within projects and across pillars.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Advise DLAs (Data Labeling Associates) on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation.
- Standardize DLA training/onboarding processes across GenAI projects.
- Work with vendors across multiple time zones to ensure program excellence.
- Assist with tasks that contribute to overall program success.
- Education: BA/BS degree required; STEM background preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in project management or related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in data management (Excel, SQL).
- Knowledge of foreign languages is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
