BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated IT Deskside Support in Sudbury/Ontario

Position Title: IT Deskside Support

Location: Sudbury/Ontario

Anticipated Start Date: Tentative start Date 02/10/2025

Expected Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possibilities for extension

Job Type: Contract: 40hr/ week

Pay Range: $25/hr to 26/hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

• The role is IT deskside support (with focus on Android tablets)
• This is strictly tablet based position. The client has a lot of Samsung tablets on the account. They would maintain tablets and level 2-3 support. Working with the EMS team in Brazil help resolve issues the team in Brazil can't resolve. Working with the team and tell them what to do to maintain images and troubleshooting.
• Need to understand Microsoft Azure and how it works.
• Understands Knox mobile security and licensing.
• Need to be expert with Android tablets and how they work in enterprise environment. Maintain images, software updates and level 2-3 support as mentioned.
