Expected Duration: 12 + months Contract to Hire (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite

Pay Range: $17/hr - $18/hr

Job Description:

• The New Billing Agent will perform research, enter data, and process/adjust health care appeals/claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues.
• The Billing Agent will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice/escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP's dictated by the client.
