BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Outreach Coordinator for an opportunity in 100% Remote in EST CST preferred

Job Details:

Position Title: Quality Outreach Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote
Expected Duration: 6 months (Possibility of Extent or conversion)

Pay Rate: $25/hr. on W2
Shift Details: 8am to 5pm M-F EST OT as business needs

Required skills: Quality Improvement, healthcare Experience, HEDIS Experience, medical terminology

Job Description

• Performs duties to assist in activities related to closing open care gaps for high-risk members.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years managed care setting, medical office or facility setting with demonstration of medical administration duties. Knowledge of medical terminology.

• Interacts with high-risk members and/or providers to improve healthcare outcomes and close care gaps such as increased preventive care compliance

• Provides support for quality initiatives including outreach to members who are noncompliant in the designated outreach services

• Conducts seasonal call campaigns, in coordination with local market efforts

• Enters data assessments and authorizations into the system and maintain database as directed

• Maintains integrity of Personal Health Information

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards
