Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00/5:30 p.m., with flexibility for later hours as needed. No weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a Trade Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in third-party lending operations, exposure reporting, and manual trade processing, and a proven ability to manage inquiries, research issues, and resolve discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of third-party lending, including reporting, manual trade processing, and inquiry management.
• Learn and utilize knowledge of market products to monitor asset and cash levels and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Apply automation technologies and data analysis techniques to optimize trading operations and enhance resilience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the trading platform by identifying process enhancements and proposing solutions.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and manage clear communications aligned with strategic objectives.
• Perform investigative work to research issues and deliver results for stakeholders.
• Monitor daily exposure reporting, adjust exposure figures, and release covered loans.
• Partner with the trade desk to escalate and prioritize exposure issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and operate independently as needed.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in trade support, lending operations, or similar functions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with exposure monitoring and daily reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with automation tools or data analysis frameworks used in trading operations.
