SAP Analyst
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated SAP Analyst in New Brunswick, NJ 08903
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for SAP issues and inquiries from MFG sites and ExM.
- Work with IT teams to resolve help desk tickets, leveraging SAP super-user expertise.
- Act as an advisor for system application and transaction analysis.
- Support Process Stewards in business process design and implementation.
- Build and maintain a technical database for better understanding of parameter selection.
- Identify and implement technical solutions to enhance business processes.
- Develop and execute test scripts, as well as provide process lead training.
- Assist in documentation related to supply chain business process activities.
- Review and update existing SOPs and data standards, providing technical expertise.
- Author and review training materials, work instructions, and job aids for SAP supply chain transactions.
- Provide SAP training and support to improve SAP maturity of site planners.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Architecture, Science, or Supply Chain with a strong background in SAP applications.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4/HANA PP/PPI/MM modules.
- Knowledge of WM, SD, and QM modules is a plus.
- Understanding of background jobs and data extraction from SAP tables.
- Experience with SAP Ariba.
- Knowledge of ALM and Rapid Response (Kinaxis) is a plus.
- Business expertise in API/DS manufacturing planning and customer planning is an advantage.
- Experience in solving SAP-related issues for users.
- End-to-end supply chain planning and execution process knowledge, including demand, supply, detailed scheduling, purchasing, and customer planning.
- Deep understanding of SAP Sales Order, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply, Production Planning, and Finance business areas.
- Expertise in planning and transactional systems.
- Proven ability to drive process efficiencies and system changes, document business processes, develop test scripts, and provide training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Black or Yellow Belt process expert in Supply Chain.
- Experience working with electronic document management systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and Visio.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Self-starter with a high value on accountability, customer service, teamwork, and results-driven performance.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones (U.S. EST - Europe).
- Strong ability to translate concepts and strategy into clear communications.
- 50% onsite work required.
- Potential for contract extension
