Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain operations, master data management, demand and supply planning, and inventory deployment and a proven ability to optimize planning and execution processes, analyze operational data, and drive cross-functional improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain operations including master data management, demand and supply planning, and inventory deployment.
- Ensure efficiency and accuracy of logistics planning and execution processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and resolve issues.
- Monitor and report on supply chain metrics to maintain alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate training sessions to share best practices and strengthen team capabilities.
- Perform independently, contribute in team discussions, and serve as a subject matter expert.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Proficiency in supply chain planning, logistics execution, and inventory management.
- Ability to analyze operational data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.
- Experience working autonomously with accountability for results.
Preferred Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Supply Chain Execution, Engineering Data and Information Management, and Aerospace Quality Management Standards.
- Advanced proficiency in A&D Defense environments and practices.
