BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Application Architect V for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC!

Position Title: Application Programmer V

Location: Charlotte, NC

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 Months.

Job Type: CONTRACT, HYBRID

Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

To support Ongoing Regulatory changes in Americas Reg Reporting with large focus on Axiom development for FRR reports. If role not approved, it will impact our ability to address reg reporting changes within their own timelines and the planned development work in Axiom to enhance/build reports queued by FRR business. Also to support the current axiom report runs in production without impacting the submission and internal report dues.
Developer
* Hands on experience in Spark, Informatica, Python
Additional skills - Autosys, Oracle PL/SQL, Shell scripting
* Understand and use various design techniques
* Good in writing and Executing/Debug queries
Required skill are primarily - 5 or plus years of experience in Spark, Informatica, Python.
Unit testing portfolios, aggregations, nodes, shorthands development and thorough free form/ tabular report dependency testing.
These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Works under minimal supervision.
-Development and review of ETL processing through Spark, Informatica
-Ensuring code/configuration written meets the predefined company and department standards
-Review requirements documents to ensure the functional requirements are well understood
-Review ETL/DB codes to handle performance tuning exercises
-Coordinate implementation including packaging of code and obtaining the required approvals
-Coordinate and communicate with business counterpart for requirement gathering and UAT testing
-Provide ongoing and post-implementation support timely
