Project Coordinator IIIBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator III for a Onsite- Redmond, WA! Position Title: Project Coordinator IIILocation: Onsite in Redmond, WA Anticipated Start Date: 11/07/2025Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 12 MonthsJob Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]Pay Range: $50.00/hr-$55.00/hrPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Summary:
Duties:
? Procurement:
? Coordinate procurement activities for a Research and Development team.
? Complete purchase requests and monitor progress through each stage of the procurement process.
? Proactively escalate cases with cross-functional partners as needed.
? Work closely with external vendors to solve procurement, logistics, and invoicing issues.
? Identify and document recurring issues for improvement.
? People Ops:
? Coordinate and track hiring requests for contingent worker engagements.
? Coordinate scheduling of interviews for contingent worker engagements.
? Manage communication channels for contingent worker engagement requests.
? Coordinate information gathering from stakeholders for management decisions.
? Prepare status updates and other documentation.
? Work closely with the Operations Program Manager to unblock contingent worker hiring roadblocks, tracking escalations.
Skills:
? Must Haves:
? 3+ years of experience in a similar coordinating role.
? Independent, driven, eager to learn, and share information with team members.
? Experience using communication tools such as Outlook, Calendar, and Office 365.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Customer service mindset for collaborative problem-solving.
? Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and work successfully under pressure, proactive problem solver.
? Experience keeping project documents and document templates up to date; reviewing and presenting reports to management team.
? Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with a broad range of technical staff.
? Nice to have: Project management tools.
Education:
? Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
Years of Experience Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a similar coordinating role
