Bilingual Customer Service RepresentativeBCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Austin TX Onsite! Position Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: Austin TX - Onsite Anticipated Start Date: 05/27/2024.Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCForward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 6+ months (with possibility of extension or conversion) Job Type: Contract - 40 HRS Weekly, Onsite Pay Range: $20 - $22/hrPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description:
- Responds to incoming calls from clients.
- Reviews and evaluates client information such as paystubs and/or other documentation to determine eligibility for monthly reimbursement.
- Contacts HIPP clients to request necessary information when a change was identified, or when a document received is not valid.
- Observes professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior and dress code.
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships through verbal and written communication with team members, employers, and HIPP clients.
- Multi-tasking: ability to prioritize work and work under time constraints.
- Experience in critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work with multiple personnel under minimal supervision.
- Observes professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior and dress code.
- Completes daily goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
