Customer Service Rep

Position Title: Customer Service Rep (Remote)
Locations: Remote
Anticipated Start Date: 6/2/2025
Expected Duration: 06 Months
Job Type: Contract with possible extension
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM EST.
Pay Rate $19.00/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Client is seeking two Remote Call Center Agents to join our customer service team. In this role, you'll assist patients and clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting access to online portal. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position ideal for someone who is passionate about service, tech-savvy, and able to thrive in a metrics-driven call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound/outbound calls and emails to assist customers
- Provide support for online portal access, including:
- Account/user maintenance
- Password resets
- Browser troubleshooting
- Schedule customer appointments
- Educate customers on services and products
- Research and resolve complex issues using multiple databases
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
- Ensure all communications follow HIPAA compliance
- Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved to satisfaction
- Meet and maintain productivity and performance standards
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior call center experience required
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated remote work setup
- Proficient in basic technology troubleshooting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
