Position Title: Events Coordinator 3
Location: Remote
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: Contract of 6 Months and possibility of extensionJob Type: Contract and Remote
Pay Range: $20 - $24/hr.

Job Description:We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for an Events Coordinator. This is a virtual position that will begin as a 6-month contract with the potential to extend. As an Events Coordinator you will be at the center of each hire event with the ability to truly impact on the overall success of the recruiting team. To be successful in this role you need to understand events logistics and interview scheduling in a high-volume environment. You will be scheduling interviews across multiple Business units, each of which has their own unique process. This role includes high volume interview hiring events. The ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail is your superpower. Basic Qualifications:- High volume scheduling experience
- Previous experience with events logistics
- Adaptive to process changes
- Detail oriented
- Experience with Tracking Systems
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and experience communicating between multiple parties
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Talent Acquisition experience
- Events logistics experience for a large technology company
- ATS experience
- Reporting experience
