Duration: Contract - 4 + months
Pay Range: $23.00/hr
Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., with flexibility to support second shift as needed.

Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, payroll, HRIS, and benefits administration and a proven ability to support compliance, data accuracy, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as site payroll and benefits liaison, coordinating with third-party administrators and corporate teams to assist employees.
- Perform HRIS (Workday) transactions including hires, transfers, and terminations.
- Generate HRIS compliance reports and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain the Kronos timekeeping system, including employee setup, labor accounts, schedules, PTO accruals, deactivations, troubleshooting, and approvals.
- Support bi-weekly payroll by submitting input sheets, consolidating total hours, ensuring timecard approvals, and maintaining payroll folders per compliance standards.
- Prepare and maintain personnel, medical, and I-9 files on site.
- Manage communication boards and site announcements.
- Administer service award and recognition programs.
- Assist the Employee Engagement Committee with site events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, payroll, or administration. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and timekeeping systems, preferably Kronos.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to field HR-related inquiries from managers and employees.
- Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication in clear English, with sound business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting bi-weekly payroll processes and compliance documentation.
- Experience in an onsite manufacturing environment.
