Sr Compensation AnalystBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Sr Compensation Analyst Professional for a remote Position in Minneapolis, MN Position Title: Sr Compensation Analyst Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: [05/10/2025]Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Contract Duration: (6 MONTHS) Job Type: Contract Pay Range: $38-$42/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). [JOB DESCRIPTION]Performs the highest level of compensation support through design, analytics, and execution of new and existing pay program(s) and practices. Focus is on providing consultative-level compensation services: designs pay program(s) and practices to meet the organizations needs, creates business processes to bring program(s) and practices into operation, collaboratively completes job evaluations/market pricing, large scale department reorganizations, and equity reviews. Participates in projects and leads large scale project work. Uses advanced Excel skills to perform and present complex compensation data analytics.

- Five (5) years of related experience.
- Advanced Excel skills to perform and present complex compensation data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- Compensation specific experience and certification.
- Experience developing data models / analysis
- Preference with healthcare experience, but not required
- Role can be 100% remote
- 5 years of related experience
- Advanced Excel skills to perform and present complex compensation data analytics

- We've had a key member of our team resign, and are in need of an experienced compensation consultant who can also model data effectively.
- We're developing a new compensation model for ~15,000 employees in a specific segment, and a skillset to be able to model what/if analysis would be helpful.
