Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm (6 months)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-site, with occasional OT as needed)
Pay Rate: $30/hour | FTE Conversion
Position PurposeThe Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and staff support to Health Plan's executive leadership team. This role will primarily support multiple Vice Presidents and occasionally back up the CEO's executive assistant. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Key Responsibilities
Location: Columbus, OH 43219
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm (6 months)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-site, with occasional OT as needed)

Position PurposeThe Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and staff support to Health Plan's executive leadership team. - Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Answer calls, provide information, and take accurate dictation.
- Draft, edit, and distribute memos, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare presentations, daily operational reports, expense reports, and other documents.
- Act as liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding purchasing, facilities, and operations.
- Support the execution of minor projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records, compile statistics, and prepare reports.
- Interpret and communicate administrative and operating policies and procedures.
- Use office applications and information systems for reporting and inquiries.
- Work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and deliverables.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting executives.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-demand environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively support executive leaders.
- Must be on-site 95-100% of the time.
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- Experience in healthcare or corporate executive support.
- Proven success supporting C-level executives.
- Step 1: Initial interview with Hiring Manager.
- Step 2: Interview with colleagues.
- Step 3: Interview with Vice Presidents supported by this role.
- Duration: 6 months temp-to-perm
- Possibility to Extend/Convert: Yes
- Work Environment: On-site, business casual (jeans allowed)
- Travel: Minimal
