[JOB DESCRIPTION] SummaryOne of our top clients, a global leader in their industry, is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer on a contract basis. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing high-quality eLearning courses and instructional materials. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with experience collaborating with subject matter experts to produce impactful training programs across multiple modes of delivery. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives, course structure, and content requirements.
- Create interactive multimedia content, such as videos, quizzes, simulations, and other engaging learning elements.
- Develop supplemental instructional materials, including job aids, manuals, and guides, to reinforce learning.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to improve and optimize course content continually.
- Ensure that all eLearning materials are accessible and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Proven experience as an instructional designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful training programs.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise).
- Ability to create engaging, interactive multimedia content and develop instructional materials.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting needs assessments and improving course materials based on feedback.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and commitment to maintaining industry best practices.
