Pay Range: $55- $65/hr. on W2.

Job Title: Project Manager III

Summary:

Client's Product Experiences team produces experiences that create product and platform evangelists. We engage communities in real time and deliver the promise that technology builds human connections. The Product Experiences team is responsible for bringing consumer hardware and software to the market through impactful events and experiences. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, detail-oriented Training and Production project manager to support the Training Program Manager in all aspects of program management. This includes work cross-functionally to support programs and implement processes for the program experience team and cross functional partners.

This project manager will join the Product Experience team within the Global Events org and will help oversee the Training and Production for professional audiences globally.

This person is an experienced project manager who has demonstrated experience with driving execution of scalable marketing projects end-to-end. Excellent communication skills, experience project managing in a fast-paced environment, excitement for results-driven approaches, and comfort with ambiguity are critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be strong at cross-functional communication and project execution, knowledgeable about marketing, adept with Reality Labs products, and have an aptitude for measurement and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • The primary role of the Product Experience Training Project Manager is to support the Program Manager in running the RL staffing and training program.
  • Manage hiring & training of Demo Specialists
  • You will be a key member of the team and integral to the growth and development of the staffing and training demo program.
  • Support scalability of the program expansion internationally.
  • Maintaining processes that drive efficiency and scalability for the program while maximizing impact - adjusting feedback as needed
  • Develop and Improve the Training Program for Product Experiences while implementing new processes to improve overall efficiency
  • Relentless focus on execution, keeping the team moving forward
  • Drive program analytics incl. Training effectiveness
  • Manage cross-collaborative projects including requirements, planning, scheduling, deliverables, resourcing, XFN alignment, measurement, budgeting, documentation, and reporting for assigned projects
  • Work with Production and Staffing agencies to communicate expectations and ensure successful execution of deliverables across all work-streams
  • Communicate status, risks and mitigations to stakeholders and partners, proactively identify potential setbacks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Manage the development of scripts, content, and all materials for RL PES team and product assets for product experiences

Qualifications

  • Training and Development experience
  • Experience 5+ years marketing project management or interactive production.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, ruthless prioritization, and multi-tasking Communication and presentation experience with proven track record of working with executive level leaders.
  • Self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills Strong computer software skills, including G-suite, MS Office, SCORM Familiarity with standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • High-energy + Creative problem-solver + High degree of change tolerance Open, collaborative, and proven team player.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Understanding of learning management system (SCORAM Files)
  • Bachelor's in communication and marketing
  • Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance or support Training development or training management experience with software platforms, triaging, event production, technical operations and scalability is a plus.
  • VR and gaming experience and/or smart home technology experience Mix of agency and in-house professional experience.
