Bilingual Desktop Support BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Bilingual Desktop Support in Montreal, QC Position Title: Bilingual Desktop Support
Location: Montreal, QC
Anticipated Start Date: Tentative start Date 04/01/2025

Expected Duration: 9 Months
Job Type: Contract: 40 hrs/week
Pay Range: $25/hr to $30/hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description: Shift work mandatory- Days/Afternoons/MidnightsOnsite Desktop support at the Montreal Airport facilityPC hardware repair and deploymentPC software installation and troubleshootingExcellent customer serviceHigh paced environment Essential Job Functions:* Offer foundational technical support in infrastructure services, providing assistance in routine tasks.* Assist with infrastructure projects and assignments.* Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.* Collaborate with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks.* Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.* Develop and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience.* Show eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services.* Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience* Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience* Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis* Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge* A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:* An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus* Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus Keywords:
