BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Application Architect V for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC & Addison, TX!

Position Title: Application Programmer V

Location: Charlotte, NC & Addison, TX!

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 Months.

Job Type: CONTRACT, HYBRID

Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr on W2

Requirements:

We are looking for highly motivated full stack engineer with a variety of hands-on experience to explore existing and emerging technologies to drive Financial Center modernization efforts. This individual contributor will be part of small team of technically strong individuals who support industry leading Financial Center operations, working on projects, trouble shooting, and developing proof of concepts. Industry leading applications developed by this team enable Financial Center associates to service clients using both desktop and iPads. The candidate must be able to document and communicate findings and options to all levels of the organization from both the technology and business.

. Strong demonstrable experience with variety of UI technologies such as Angular, HTML/CSS/Jquery/Handlebars

Design, Develop & Prototype Java/J2EEE complex applications.

* Experience with Java, Spring boot Microservices, Hibernate etc

* Experience with relational databases such as Oracle.

* Participate in full app life-cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test and release to Appstore

* Work with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes and estimate.

* Drive a best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools.

* Write and maintain documentation for all features in development.

* Strong problem solving and triage skills along with ability to handle completing priorities.

UI: Angular, jQuery, WebSockets, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, Handlebars, Node/NPM

Services: Java, J2EE, Kafka, Hibernate, Spring Boot Microservices

Security and Authentication, Hibernate/JPA

Testing: Junit, Mockito, Jasmine

Platform tools: SVN, BitBucket, Jira,

Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, Splunk, Apache Tomcat, Autosys

Preferred Skills:

Experience with continuous integration & Unit tests.

* Experience working in agile teams.

* Keep up to date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
