Strategic Partner Manager IVBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Strategic Partner Manager IV for a Remote! Position Title: Strategic Partner Manager IVLocation: RemoteAnticipated Start Date: 10/06/2025Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 12 MonthsJob Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]Pay Range: $65.00/hr-$70.00/hrPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in program planning, project management, or a similar role focused on strategic planning and roadmap management.
Strong understanding of strategic planning principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in program and project management software (e.g., GSD, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Visor).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM).
Experience in a specific industry relevant to the organization.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
? Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
Strategic Program & Roadmap Management:
Proven experience developing, maintaining, and executing strategic roadmaps for large-scale, cross-functional programs.
Advanced Project Management Tools Proficiency:
Hands-on expertise with program/project management software (e.g., GSD, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Visor).
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration:
Demonstrated ability to coordinate, communicate, and align with senior leadership and diverse teams to drive program objectives.
? Good to have skills:
Experience in compliance, legal, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with change management and organizational development.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM).
Experience with data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) or tool migration projects.
Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
? Years of experience needed:
Minimum: 5+ years in program planning, project management, or a similar strategic role.
Preferred: 7+ years, especially in large, matrixed organizations or compliance-focused environments.
