Job Description

We are seeking an IT Security Specialist III to join our dynamic Vulnerability Response team as an execution lead across the Control Tower and PMO. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in vulnerability management, ServiceNow Vulnerability Management, and Agile tools such as Jira, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive stakeholder engagement, and improve risk and remediation outcomes across Global Technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as execution lead for the Control Tower and PMO functions within Vulnerability Response.
  • Drive awareness of program benefits across Global Technology teams and partners.
  • Build community expertise, best practices, and training materials.
  • Gather input for improvements and assist GIS through the ServiceNow implementation.
  • Identify and align stakeholder leads to oversee the Tech Focus Group and Community of Practice.
  • Provide ongoing communications and change management support.
  • Capture and communicate program benefits throughout the year and maintain stakeholder and practitioner lists.
  • Screen new CVEs for impact and coordinate remediation with GIS, CIO, and CTI/APSE teams.
  • Monitor Risk Appetite and SPI metrics and plan countermeasures.
  • Partner with GIS planning on upcoming changes, including VMPG and related initiatives.
  • Resolve cross-technology issues and GIS change events with CIO teams.
  • Support the incident command center for P1 and elevated P2 events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Vulnerability Management expertise.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools, including Jira.
  • Experience in vulnerability management, CVE screening, and remediation coordination.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management with the ability to lead forums and present to diverse audiences.
  • Skills in problem resolution, analytical thinking, risk management, and result orientation.
  • Knowledge of solution delivery processes, solution design, and technical strategy development.
  • Collaboration, influence, adaptability, and business acumen, including financial management basics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bank of America environment experience.
  • Experience with Confluence and prior work in vulnerability response programs.

Work Arrangement & Screening:

  • Hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite per week.
  • Assessment: Glider - BOA-ITSecSpec-IV-V-3.
