Customer Service I
Job Title: Customer Service I
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: Contract - 6 months, potential extension
Pay Range: $17/hr $19/hr (W2)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Utah time. Onsite training with mandatory attendance. Anticipated minimum of 6 months fully onsite. Not a guaranteed remote role.

Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service I to join our dynamic team supporting Moog Medical Devices Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support, order processing, and issue resolution and a proven ability to manage inquiries, process orders accurately, and support customers with compassion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via email with questions, service requests, order placement, accounting needs, and product support.
- Process customer orders and product repair requests in an ERP/order entry system.
- Generate and transmit order confirmations and manage delivery timeline expectations.
- Support and initiate pricing dispute processes.
- Process product replacement orders, provide shipping labels, and coordinate returns and replacements.
- Research, address, and escalate customer issues as needed; respond to inquiries, report urgent complaints, investigate disputes, and provide warranty information.
- Provide support to customer service and sales teams with projects, reporting, and customer-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Related experience or training in customer service, call center, or similar role preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP or order entry systems.
- Customer service experience in medical devices or regulated environments.
