Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Client. As a key member of the Client Monetization organization, you will oversee product marketing efforts for our lead generation portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating innovative advertising experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. GTM Plans (Sales Enablement, Ads, Trainings, Positioning/ Messaging)
2. Market Research (Competitive analysis, client interviews)
Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Mix of inbound/outbound PMM would be heavily preferred
2. Monetization/Ads Experience
3. Comfortable with dashboards, pulling data, analyzing trends
4. Coverage for Leads Generation, Ad Portfolio
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Client. As a key member of the Client Monetization organization, you will oversee product marketing efforts for our lead generation portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating innovative advertising experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead understand work and GTM strategy and execution for key products in our lead generation product portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Research, Communications, and Marketing
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to bring innovative advertising experiences to market
- Conduct foundational analysis to identify market needs by segment, opportunity sizing, and identifying unmet needs via discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Represent the advertiser perspective and run alpha and beta testing processes
- Create go-to-market strategy with advertiser value proposition messaging, marketplace positioning, and supportive external facing enablement and proof points
- Guide a team of Product Marketers focused on both inbound and outbound product marketing
- Mentor and coach high-performing team members
- BA/BS degree
- 10+ years of experience working in a product management, product marketing, management consulting, or equivalent function
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
- Proven experience mentoring and/or managing high performers
- Digital advertising product development and go-to-market experience, including an understanding of direct response digital advertisers in the U.S. and globally
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating innovative advertising experiences
- Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
- Experience with lead generation marketing
- Understanding of the latest trends and developments in digital advertising
- 8-10 Years of Experience
