BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated BUSINESS ANALYST (PFML) for an ONSITE role ( only Local to Seattle WA)

Position Title: Business Analyst

Location: Seattle WA (Only LOCALS)

Expected Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Job Type: Contract and Remote (Anywhere in USA)

Job Description:

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with clients and technical teams to define and document user experience, detailed functional design, and technical requirements.
• Empathizes with client and end user to fully understand application use cases.
• Develop epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to facilitate the understanding of the functionality to the client and development teams.
• Prepare application flow diagrams/wireframes/design documents, user guides as needed.
• Demo the application to client and management from time to time and update on the progress.
• Participate in Quality Assurance efforts as needed to support software deployments.
• Participates in daily scrums, pre/post deployment huddles, and ad hoc client meetings.
• Identify areas of risks and escalate when necessary.
• Good working with Azure ADO and Azure based technologies.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as Business analyst
• Experience with tools such as Azure/Jira, MS products such as Office/PowerPoint/Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
