BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: Full TimeJob Type: Full Time - Direct Hire Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Key responsibilities:Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their team at their headquarters in Faribault, MN. This role is crucial in driving strategic HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning policies across departments.
