BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager in Toronto, ON.

Expected Duration: 6+ months contract to permanent

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]

Pay Range: $65/hr - $72.68/hr

NOTE: Candidate must be authorized to work in US without any sponsorship.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from inception to completion.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.

Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
