Pay Range: $30.22/hr (W2)

Onsite Requirement: Mandatory 3 days onsite. Contractor will be responsible for parking fees.

Job Description
We are seeking a Credit Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the Global Markets Loan Operations Credit Information Group (CIG). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in secondary loan trading support, credit event coordination, and confidentiality governance and a proven ability to manage end-to-end credit events, interpret complex legal documentation, and deliver accurate client communications under tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the credit event process for trading desks, support partners, and clients.
- Interpret and apply legal documentation related to complex credit events, including amendments, waivers, bankruptcies, and restructurings.
- Perform due diligence required by flood regulations and internal standards.
- Prepare and execute confidentiality agreements and maintain the Information Wall.
- Assemble and distribute due diligence packages to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage go-private processes and control access to material nonpublic information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Client-focused communication skills with proficiency in numbers and calculations.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a collaborative team environment.
- Capability to liaise across all levels of the firm and with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated work style with sound judgment on prioritization and escalation.
- Experience interpreting legal documentation for credit events and confidentiality agreements.
- Previous experience within secondary loan trading desired.
Preferred Skills:
- Background supporting Global Credit Trading or similar loan products.
- Familiarity with flood regulation due diligence processes.
