Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Program Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hardware development, procurement, logistics coordination, and budget management and a proven ability to deliver hardware to cross-functional teams on schedule while managing complex information flows.

Responsibilities:

• Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics.
• Support budget management and forecasting across programs.
• Manage procurement activities and track purchase orders.
• Partner with logistics to ensure prompt shipping to internal and external teams.
• Coordinate multiple programs concurrently with clear communication and tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics.
• Experience in hardware development and work with domestic and international vendors.
• Proficiency managing complex spreadsheets and accounting tools.
• Strong coordination skills across teams, vendors, and time zones.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with program tracking and reporting tools.
• Background supporting Technical Program Managers in product development.
