- The Payment Partnerships team manages Client relationships across the payments industry, working with world-leading companies and FinTech's across the entire financial services ecosystem.
- marketplace and messaging payments, P2P, subscriptions, and more.
- You'll be responsible for managing the Payment Partnerships' Global Issuer Engagement Program. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, building out and maintaining internal support materials for teams, and engaging with select issuing partners.
- You'll also work across a global team to prioritize opportunities and solve challenges, in close collaboration with product, engineering, ops, finance, legal, sales, treasury, and other teams across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-manage ongoing global partnership workstream focused on engaging with card issuing banks and financial technology companies.
- Work closely with product & engineering teams to identify gaps & opportunities for partner-led solutions.
- Establish and grow existing and new payments partnerships with financial technology companies.
- Lead all aspects of day-to-day work with key workstream stakeholders
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years experience in the payments industry, ideally in account, program, or project management roles with an emphasis on developing and managing partnerships at scale Bachelors degree
- Communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and outcomes through ambiguous and complex situations
- Experience with strategic thinking with an analytical mindset, and experience creating durable frameworks that make sense of complex information and shifting industry & company dynamics
- Proven track record of building trusted, high-impact relationships with large cross-functional teams
