Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Possible Extension)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience) $12- $29.68/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to perform quality testing and analysis on products and materials. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards, document procedures and results, and assist in troubleshooting quality issues. This entry-level role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in a professional laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control testing on products and materials
• Analyze test results, identify deviations, and document findings
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs
• Maintain accurate, organized documentation of QC procedures and outcomes
• Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve quality issues

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field)
• Relevant education may substitute for direct work experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Preferred: Laboratory testing experience
