Position Title: AI Product Manager

Pay Range: $30/hr to $32/hr on W2

Shifts - Shifted workday (12 - 9pm) for US overlap with potential flexibility on this 1month post start date

Role Description:

• Product Managers are strategic leaders responsible for driving the development, launch, and ongoing support of a company's products.
• They focus on long-term vision, market trends, and identifying new opportunities.
• Work close with Product Owner to define specific incremental improvements to be managed in different squads.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities in organizational processes. Supporting product sales or other product goals established.
• Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
• End to end team output strategy from inception to production.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products alignment with value streams. Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
• Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.
• Maintain a backlog of 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
• Works closely with CPO to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
• Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design.

Previous Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.

Leadership: Is an active listener, prioritizing understanding before contributing. Identifies obstacles and communicates them promptly to prevent time wastage. Remains open to coaching from others. Consistently maintains a positive attitude in teamwork.

Agile: Knows the iterative work methodology and has notions of the Agile framework. Adapts to a non-cascading work process. Understands the software development process and interacts with the entire team having clarity in their functions. Seeks to increase its speed and quality of sprint delivery after sprint, analyzing and addressing areas of opportunity.

Design: Takes responsibility for having a thorough understanding of the proposed design for the solution in which they participate. Requests support to ensure they are complying with the design or making good design decisions in context.

Optimization: Asks for and understands performance expectations regarding the tasks they are assigned. Is aware of the performance level of the solutions deployed.

Technical Tutoring: Identifies personal gaps and communicates them to leaders for support. Is diligent in the search for knowledge and actively works to close identified gaps.

Top 3 Must Haves:

• Product Management Experience (Ideally in AI)
• Strong User Communication
• Knowledge in End-to-End Process of both Data Science and Front-End SE Developing experience.
