Customer Service Representative
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative in Tucson, AZ 85711
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Tucson, AZ 85711
Shift Timing: Mon Friday 40.00 Hours Per Week
Anticipated start date: 1-2 Weeks
Duration: 12 Months contract and the possibility to be extended the contract.
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $15.79 on W2
Job Description:
Greet clients/public and assess purpose of office visit. Make referrals for client and community resources.
Assist clients to prepare for the application process, Register application and check for prior client history, Manage a high volume of incoming calls. Route calls and messages to appropriate staff, Photocopy information submitted by client for eligibility process.
Direct client and information to the assigned/ appropriate case manager, Open, date stamp and distribute all mail (US./Inner office/scanned/emailed/fax) Prepare outgoing mail according to office procedures.
Computer skills, customer service skills, critical thinking skills.
Minimum 1 year consecutive customer service.
