Job Description
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team supporting client Business Product Marketing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital advertising and monetization product management or marketing and a proven ability to drive market requirements and go-to-market plans that influence product development, de-risk launches, and accelerate adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Define market requirements for advertiser-facing solutions across client platforms.
- Lead research and synthesize insights to influence new product development and roadmaps.
- Evaluate approaches to mitigate product risks and inform product readiness.
- Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and launch plans for advertiser interfaces.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve product adoption, performance, and user experience.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics to deliver results.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising or marketing technology, including product management or product marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market insights into product and GTM strategies.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and clear communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize across multiple initiatives.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience launching and scaling advertiser interfaces or ad platform tools.
- Background in go-to-market planning, product positioning, and lifecycle management for B2B solutions.
