Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in assembly, production workflow monitoring, quality control, and safe equipment operation and a proven ability to meet production targets while maintaining product integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products per detailed specifications and work instructions using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Maintain production efficiency by following standardized procedures and monitoring workflow to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Perform quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods for compliance and integrity.
- Manage inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and precisely in accordance with SOPs.
- Report issues, deviations, and bottlenecks to supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities and teamwork.
- Proficiency with industry tools and software relevant to assembly and production tracking.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Reliable, regular attendance with ability to meet schedule requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in medical or diagnostic product manufacturing.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and SOP adherence.
Work Conditions & Schedule:
- Fully on-site, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for up to 8 hours per day.
