BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Product Manager in Remote.

Position Title: Product Manager

Location: Remote & but occasional travel to visit client in Florida is possible

Pay Range: $60.00/hr - $67.00/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:
1. Strategy & Vision:
* Define and articulate the strategic vision for the transformation program.
* Align program goals with overall organizational objectives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
* Roadmap Ownership
2. Program Leadership:
* Manage the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and resource availability.
* Act as the central point of contact for program updates, challenges, and milestones.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with engineering, operations, finance, marketing, and other teams to deliver seamless solutions.
* Foster strong communication across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
4. Customer Focus:
* Advocate for the voice of the customer in all stages of the program.
* Conduct market research, gather feedback, and ensure products meet or exceed user expectations.
5. Execution Excellence:
* Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation.
* Use data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
6. Change Management:
* Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
* Train and support teams in adapting to new methodologies and workflows.
7. Risk Management:
* Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications:
* Experience:
* 7+ years of product management experience, including leading large-scale programs or transformation initiatives.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
