Position Title: QA Lead - Automation

Expected Duration: 6+ months Contract (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Hybrid

Pay Range: $45/hr - $47/hr on w2

QA Lead - Automation

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in test automation to lead quality assurance initiatives for complex applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tosca or other automation tools and a solid understanding of the QA lifecycle, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Define and implement test strategies for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca or equivalent automation tools.
* Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure automation best practices are followed.
* Develop test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure comprehensive coverage.
* Drive continuous improvement in test processes and QA practices.
* Manage defect tracking and resolution processes; provide metrics and reports to stakeholders.
* Implement CI/CD testing solutions and integrate test automation into pipelines.
* Mentor junior QA engineers and provide training in automation frameworks and tools.
