Job Description

We are seeking an Internal Solutions Engineer II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend and frontend software development using Hack, JavaScript, and Python and a proven ability to enable sales and marketing teams through tools and automation to drive customer growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and support core backend and frontend software components.
• Develop software in the company stack using Hack, JavaScript, and Python.
• Apply engineering skill sets in a business organization to deliver measurable business impact with an operational lens.
• Partner with cross-functional product and analytics teams to lead or contribute to large-scale strategic projects and solve operational problems at scale.
• Self-identify gaps, problems, and needs, and propose robust solutions with relative independence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in one or more of PHP, Hack, Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
• Ability to write self-documented, maintainable code.
• Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D tolerance analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building internal tools that support sales or marketing operations.
• Experience working in cross-functional product and analytics teams.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
