- 40 hours per week
- Optional overtime available
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Interview required (Microsoft Teams)
- Execute administrative documentation tasks, including:
- E-signature acquisition
- Data archiving
- Document uploads
- Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with regulatory, quality system, and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems to support laboratory operations.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient team workflows.
- Manage the lifecycle of laboratory samples and chemical solutions, including:
- Receipt
- Storage
- Tracking
- Final disposition
- Maintain accurate and compliant inventory records within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Provide general laboratory support as needed to assist the lab team.
- Ability to work legally in the United States.
- No visa sponsorship or support is available for this position, including for permanent residency (green card) processes.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required (Chemistry or a related scientific discipline preferred).
- Master's degree candidates will be considered overqualified.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience with analytical chemistry techniques.
- Recent graduates with academic lab experience only are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking, and customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility to accommodate urgent or high-priority projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) principles.
- No additional medical surveillance testing is required for this role.
- This is an administrative lab support role, not a fully lab-based position.
- Candidates primarily interested in hands-on laboratory work will not be a fit.
